I don't think that there is any major concerns, but I would still keep an eye on it. Bearing clearances vary between engines. If an engine has been worked harder, then the wear will be more evident than that on a typical highway driver. I have had vehicles run at 15-20PSI at idle before, but it picked up when accelerated. Keep the manufacturers recommended oil weight in your vehicle and you should be fine.

It depends on a lot of factors. If you are using a so called "high flow" filter, like a Fram, you might be bypassing the filtering system . If your engine bearings are worn, then the clearances change after the engine warms up and the oil becomes thinner, so you might need to drop the pan and replace the rod and main bearings. Try switching to a Wix, Duetsch, or Pure One filter to see if it's a filter problem. You might also consider going to a little thicker of an oil like a 10-40, or 20-50. If that doesn't work, you probably are going to end up getting greasy when the fun work starts.

yes, because the reason why it's low is usually never good. Oil pump, bearings, or clogged pick up tube. Either way the oil pan needs to be dropped and service done immediately.

get a high performance oil pump and remember that multiple viscosity oil breaks down at 1500 miles so get a single number oil like 40 wt. for summer and use light weight for winter.

I would definitely be concerned. Try using a higher viscosity oil. it seems to me that when your engine warms up your oil is loosing its viscosity. Try something heavier. Make sure you look into it. If you dint get enough oil to vital parts of that engine you are going to be spending alot of money
