If fraternal is the adjective for brotherly then adjective for sisterly must be "pack of whining gossiping women".
Sorry-nothing more i could give than the other answers except the humourous stab.

Language is ancient. It's only been a couple centuries that majority of women in the western world have even been allowed to read language so why would there be a word? Men who created words like "philo" and "fraternal" did it to describe men.
They weren't creating words about sisterly bonds. Like women would even be capable of any relationship out of one that focused on men? I mean I think Jefferson said women should be educated to delight and entertain men--and that was a liberal notion.
So the word you are looking for is fairly new by ancient standards. It's feminism.

I can't believe everyone has got this wrong.
Maternal --- Motherly --- parent
Fraternal --- Fartherly --- parent
Sister --- Sisterly --- sibling
Brother --- Brotherly --- sibling
So there you are, it's not rocket science is it?
