I guess the different is one's maturity level. Until it affects you in any way its the "free enterprise" but once your mature enough to think and starts affecting your daily life it becomes capitalist country.

In that context, they mean the same thing. Free enterprise refers to the freedom we have to contract with others, selling what we like and purchasing what we like.
