In terms of face value, no.
But the $20 bill from 1981 might be worth a little more, because you might be able to sell it at a coin shop. I'm no expert on paper currency, but you'd maybe get $21 for it.

I believe it's only worth 20, seeing as it's only 25 years old. Come back with a 1953 though, MINT, and I'd have a different answer. Hmm. I wonder how much a 1953 20 dollar bill is.

Bills are not dated. If you look closely, it says "series" 2001, 2003, 1891, whatever. But no, regardless of the series, it is worth $20. You need to get back to silver certificates before paper money is generally collectible.

Not yet, but depending on the condition, the longer you keep it the more it will be worth as all of the old style bills are destroyed.
