Okay, you can clear the history out and that'll do it. Just go to tools: Internet Options: Clear History.

Make sure you also clear the temporary internet files and cookies. And then format the drive and delete all partitions (you'll be given that option when you format).

Always always always always format and delete partitions before selling or disposing of a computer. You'd be amazed what will be on it if you don't.

Go the top of the web browser and clickj on "Tools"
Now click on "Internet Options"
Now under the "General tab" click on "delete cookies"
After this click on "delete files"
when another panel comes up
select "delete all off-line content"
and then press delete. This will get rid of all historical info for the sites that you have visited.
Hope this helps

Open Internet Explorer
Click on tools in the menu
Select Internet Option
Click the button that says "Clear History"
If you do not want it to fill back up in the future, click on the Advanced tab
Under the browsing section, near the bottom, find "use inline AutoComplete" and uncheck it

if it is on the toolbar, there should be an option to clear history in the options, if it is on the web page hit the down arrow key and select whatever it is you want to delete, then press the delete key. Do this repeatedly to delete the whole list

just because you delete the stuff in the tool bar doesnt mean anything if you want to erase all of it you have to remove the hard drive from the computer because even if you delete anything from it...it still has the memory of it burned to the drive. how do you think they catch all of the predators on their computers

Tools->options-> clearh history and then you are done (you aren't supposed to resell a computer without formatting the hard drive, just so you know).
