Reports indicate that he's going to stay on for at least another year. Why do politicians always stay beyond their sell-by date? Do they simply not know when the public has had enough of them or is it all to do with ego?
I and millions of other people in the country, this once proud and great country now laid low by his mindless policies, want you out Blair. Go for God's sake and let us try to regain some dignity.

Lykovetos, Boy do you get things wrong. Firstly I do not consider Saint Margaret an embarrassment. I was you might say one of her groupies and if the Dear Lady would let herself be cloned? Wonderful! Secondly can I also refer you to Psalms 90:10 for another piece of your nonsense, assuming, which I very much doubt, that you have a Bible. Bye

duc602, firstly because he's ruining this country ethnically and secondly because I've been a right-wing Tory all my life. Nuff said

penny4themnow, sorry but you're far too expensive. It's called canvassing, dear. You go and ask the people, you read newspapers, you look at opinion polls. Blair and his miscreant minnows are currently behind in the opinion polls and hopefull will be even further away at the next election

He is mentally unsound and has all kinds of delusional fantasies, so No he probably does not. He is surrounded by sycophantic yes men and is loved by the Stupid right in america.

Someone else here said he is only hated by Liberals, well considering he considers himself left of centre, that means he's pretty well fucked.

I do not know anyone who approves of him anymore, that's loonies, liberals, conservatives, and non-political people alike. I have never ever known of any politician so universally hated as Tony Blair. Even Thatcher, though detested, still had the respect of some of her detractors. Not so Blair. He is an arrogant, phoney, evil, cowardly, Corrupt, dishonest, paranoid, delusional, egotistical, base, repugnant, foul, molevolent, traitorous little war criminal.

The longer Gordon Brown stays with him, the more he is cutting his own political throat. so...

WOOHOO to that.

Blair is indeed universally detested. Americans are not taken in by his slick showmanship. He is the leader of Labour but seems to be more right wing than Mussolini. He's also incredibly corrupt, they way he refused to investigate the scandal of his Culutre Secretary and her husband's links to the Italian underworld, receiving bribes from Berlusconi. He also refused to investigate fat man what's his name? Prscott's many affairs and dealing with the Texan billionaire with links to the Gambling industry. I think that Blair has been incredibly damaging to his party. It's why their ratihngs were so abysmal at the local election. He only got elected as a result of John Smith's death. Smith was a great man, a true politican of the finest order. Blair would never have had a cat in hell chance of getting had John Smith not died. Blair is a con man a liar and a coward. The sooner he goes the better. He's looking for a legacy, yeah right. His legacy will be remebered by doctored eviidence, lies, Kelly's mysterious death, and the massacre of over 100,000 innocent Iraqi civilians who had nothing to do with terror and had no reason to die.

How does this nice 'Christian' man sleep at night when he kknows he has the blood of so many innnocents on his hands. Like all psychos who do not have a concience, Blair has all the symptoms of this, psychotic, power man egocentric and with delusional about his staus or legacy as a 'Statesman'. In the words of the Sex Pistols I'd say Bol......ks to Blair! and Good Riddance!,

Blair has the staying power of Teflon. That's why he's known as over here, 'Teflon Tone'.

Like chewing gum you've stepped on and can't remove, just like Bush Teflon has staying power. Like that guest who hangs on after the party has ended, knows he's not wanted but hangs on, and is a real pain in the ***, that's how annoying Blair is.

He's Bush's poodle and has led Britain into so many conflicts when he should be directing his attention to his own country, as Bush should have been here. I'm no fan of his.

I've not been taken in by his slick delivery, glazed Messianic expressian, and scripted spin, and it's does'nt wash with me. No doubt Murdoch or Arnie will give him a job or he can clean up on the speech circuit. And there's his frowing property portfolio of course. He'd be a great Bible salesman, I mean he claimns to be a 'Christian' even toyed with Catholicisim, and he's pushy enough. He'd have his foot in the door and that gritted smile, you would'nt be able to get rid of him.

The sooner he and Bush goes the better for all of us and for the world which will be a darn sight more peaceful without these 'Christian' warmongers in bed with the Arms industry.

I am an American and I do not detest him. You can get rid of his silly policies and take a trip back to 1939 if you so choose. You can also have as country like France who cowardice aside; has riots by Muslim extremists. I hate to see my parents homeland and my former home destroyed but if you are suicidal go ahead and pull the trigger.

I'm still traumatised by the last Tory administration. When that feeling fades I might start worrying about Tony Blair.

"This once proud and great country" has been neither proud or great for many years!
Maggie and her Confederation of British Industry is the main cause of the rot! (Look after business never mind the workers)!
I dont have much time for New Labour, but anything at all is preferable to Maggies mob of thick snobbish oafs!
Hope this helps???
Feel free to stuff your 10 conservative points.

Where do you get all this bad attitude? There is plenty of reason for criticism but, I guess, you are too young to remember the truly dreadful national embarrassment called Thatcher.
