if your sac is already slightly torn, bouncy sex can cause it to break further. this might cause a slow leak or it might cause a complete breaking of the sac. but a penis itself can't puncture a sac, if that's what you're asking.

however, seminal fluid does contain a hormone that causes the cervix to soften, which can sometimes induce labor.

I've never heard of sex starting labor or puncturing the sac. The baby does drop a bit at a time. It's just part of the whole process,

Not possible for your water to break during sex from "puncture" from a penis.
Baby starts dropping as early as the 7th month, then drops way down when you are in labor.

Sex won't puncture the water because the sac of water is not inside the vaginal canal, it is closed in by the cervix....... buuuuut an orgasm will jump start contractions because of the tightening of the uterus.

I hear that having an orgasm is what causes the water to break and the more sex you have while you are pregnant, the easier the labor will be!

You should talk to your doctor. It would be unprofessional and illegal for a doctor to give you medical advice without a proper exam, let alone ask people who aren't doctors.
