I'm one month pregnant and I've been having some cramping, had slight spotting about 2 hours ago (pinskish) and I haven't had any since. I started to get very paranoid and the pain got worst. I started to relax and the pain has somewhat subsided, no more spotting.

First of all, as hard as it is, calm down. Now call your DR and if you dont have one yet, go to the er. You should be checked, just for peace of mind. I have had more than one difficult pregnancy, I have been told to lie on your left side. This could be your muscles stretching and causing the spotting and cramps, but to be sure call your dr, as soon as possible.

Check with your doctor, but yeah, it's pretty normal what you're having.
My doctor told me that during the first trimester it's very common to feel like you're going to start your period, but you never do. And what you're probably seeing is implantation bleeding.
Please make sure to call your doctor and let them know about the spotting, but I wouldn't stress out about it too much.

It could be the baby growing, but I'm not sure. Just lay down and keep your feet up, just in case of a miscarriage.
BUT.. If you notice any more bleeding you MUST go to the ER!!

If the blood is pink, you should call the doctor because its not normal. Brown blood is normal. Good luck! It *could* be because this is about the time when you would be getting your period, but its always best to check.
