How do I make it so whenever I press a key on the keyboard, it automatically opens a certain program or goes to a certain website? I just thought that would be cool.

Go to a shortcut and right-click->properties->shortcut key-> and then hit ok. This will allow you to open up the file whenever the shortcut key is activated.

The best way to do it is by buying a click-board that has the programmable keys on the top. Then just follow the directions that come with the keyboard.
To use any other keys would not be prudent bcz you may need those key for typing or for use in any of the software programs that you run

You should probably get a proffesional to help you if you check out the little flag on the bottom close to the the Alt button it automaticly gets you to windows.
