no other way, all those supplements that promise you weight loss. is a bunch of C**p . .coz it increases your heart rate to Make you metabolism faster. .this is done with chemicals & that is un-natural. The best way is to Exercise, with some Strength training & Cardio. . & also eat smaller portions .. 5 times a day & drink lots of water. . no soda no carbonated drinks. .stay away from Carbs. . like sugar,
white rice, white bread, . ..corn starch & stuff.
these are the only way. remember no Pain no Gain!. .
popping pills may help loose weight faster, but think about all the extra stress you are putting on your heart.
