the oil in my mower has been flooded, so I have gasoline in it. All I need to do is drain it. I need to fing out what tool I need to loosen theoil.

As for the problem you have...... fix it before you run it, sounds like you have a stuck or sunk float in the carb, or a badly seating inlet needle.

The drain plug..... if its a riding mower, regular wrench on the cap, unscrew it and let it drain in a pan (dispose of it properly) pushmower..... the plug may take a wrench or a socket wrench (without the socket) and unscrew that and let it drain into a small can, etc.

You can either use a cresent wrench to loosen the plug on the bottom of the engine, or if you don't have any gas in the mower, you can turn it over and drain it through the fill spout.

a wrench, find the drain plug, unscrew it and drain into an old coffee can, will only be about 1/2 to 3/4 quart.

They got tube kits that let you suck the oil back out of the dipsticks at the auto parts stores - it's easier.
