well if your asking for my sleeping schedule, i usually spend up to 45 minutes sobbing about my past and future, then have to be lectured by wife about being too "girly," for about an hour. then i try to sleep but remember that there's a dallas marathon on tv, so i stay up till maybe 3 in the morning. and eventually i fall asleep, to be awoken by my loving wife two hours later, by having a nice refreshing scaldering hot cup of cofee thrown at my face, and then back to work, to be laughed at by my co-workers.

If you are at home, take a nap. If you are at work, get up and walk around, drink a soft drink or coffee. Maybe, treat yourself to some extra sleep tonight.

Drink something with caffeine or simply take a power nap of 15 minutes. Anything more might cut into your day.

If you have no other plans sleep
if you can't then do coffee or a caffeine pill of some kind
if those don't work take a short walk it works for me

Go to sleep, go take a walk or ride a bike. Eat if you have not already. Drink some pop.

Depends, are you at work?? If so, grab a RED BULL. Those are great, one or two of those will have you climbing the walls.
