Why is this a fact? I know its fact but who decided it?

because its associated with being hot!!!. no other color is described as hot..and hot means you are great, special, on a roll, or lucky...easy choice to choose as best color for that reason alone

It's not a fact, it's an opinion. Maybe many people agree..because we have associated red with anger and love, stop/warning and it's the color of blood. It is a very emotionally charged color.

Red is the most pyschologically potent color because it is the color of blood, and blood has so many varied emotional connotations.

Psychologically speaking, Red enhances the mood you are in. If you are angry or agitate, it will make you more so. This is also the reason so many restaurants add RED to their design. You go in hungry, and feel MORE hungry.....Not sure anyone designed it. It just IS.

I disagree. Green is DEFINATELY the best color! Although red is cool, too , along with orange, pink, black, white, and silver. But green is THE BEST. Period.

Because it can be mixed with blue to create an even better color....Purple!

I just made an amazing discovery! When you mix blue and yellow together, you get a totally new colour! I call it... Blellow!
