the only black stars in hollywood are all over 30 years of age such as will smith, denzel washington, morgan freemon, jaime foxx, halle berry, etc.

It happens, but just how many rising stars are you expecting a week?
I mean statistically, blacks are a minority right?
According to the 2004 census 12.4% of america is black.
So the numbers suggest that aproximately 1 of every 10 new rising stars should be black. I'm not entirely convinced that is what I've been seeing so maybe you gotta a case here. But then again, Im not sure it isn't what I've been seeing. May just take a little more time. Give it a few more years, the skin colors are all melting togethor anyway.

because most of us dont want a gangster film and wont pay to see it.
i see enough rappers on tv, why should i pay to see them and hear them degrade women with every sentence. i take offense to a lot of their lyrics.
maybe if some of the younger generation thought of that, they would be more successful in the movies.
