yup yup.
And if you multiply the negative answer by the original negative number you get the original positive number because a negative times a negative makes a positive.
Conversly, if you multiply the negative answer by the original positive number, (suprise, suprise) you get the original negative number.
Numbers are like that, they just make sense.

Yes. A negative times a negative gives you a positive. A negative times a positive gives you a negative. The same applies when dividing.
