A=P+Prt=P(1+rt)
dividing both sides by 1+rt
A/(1+rt)=P(1+rt)/(1+rt)
so P=A/(1+rt)

The right hand side could be written P(1+rt) so if you divide bothe left side and right side by the stuff in the brackets you get
P= A/(1 +rt)

P = A/ (1+rt).
like this
A=P+Prt
A=P(1+rt)
P=A/(1+rt)
sorted. A level maths did come in useful.

amount=principal+interest
as interest is prt/100,thus A=P+Prt/100(it cant be just prt)

A=P+Prt
A-P=Prt
A-P/P=rt
P=rt/(A-P)
P=1/Art-Prt
P(Art-Prt)=1
Art-Prt=1/P
rt(A-P)=1/P
rt=1/P/(A-P)
rt=(A-P)/P
Prt=A-P
Prt+P=A
P+P=A/rt
2P=A/rt
P=(A/rt)/2
who knows if that's rite took ages!lol
