Well, It's difficult for me to say. I am biased because I am working in a sitaution where my employers are very piggish.. what I mean by that is they are threatened by women who can take care of themsleves, who can work hard physical labor, and are the boss.. But to make my story short, my boss is also one of those that thinks that the law that was passed to allow women to vote has led to the decline of our civilzation, increase in prostitution; etc..
Sometimes I hate being a woman, but othertimes I am thankful I am not male!! This is going to vary from state to state, but I feel here, unless you come from a moneyfamily, you will never ever be able to get ahead in the job market...

Well, it's tough being an adult. I don't think it's tougher to be a woman than a man - depends on the person, I guess, and what they have to deal with. Very few people, male or female, have it easy.

Generally in this day and age, yes. Not only do we have to incorporate work into our life, but we must also bear most of the responsibility of having children. On top of all that, we must keep up with the vanity of looking good for ourselves, husbands, and societies's ideals of what beauty is.

TOUGH?
How is it tough in this day and age? Too many convenience options? Too many distractions?
Tough? You don't know what tough is.

I think it depends on a lot of things. Are you single/married, employed/unemployed? Some ridiculousness still exists; however, I've learned from experience that if you're clearly confident and intolerant of BS, people will respect you.
