She expects yo to quit. She obviously doesn't want you to work for her and she is essentially initiating a nuclear strike against your career. Either get HR to back you up now or you will be released for whatever it is she fears you are doing. Approach (don't confront) HR and her director and state uncategorically that you object to her characterization of you in your review.

Unless she is really crazy and feels that way (or unless there is part of the story you are leaving out) she is doing this to end your career. It is the only logical explanation. It could be that you are a smart person and good at your job and she fears for hers. It could be that she just doesn't like you. Either way, stand for your rights and make sure others know she is wrong.

Unless you are a truly evil person, it sounds to me like she just wants you out. Good luck, if she is well liked you may face some problems, but don't let her get away with this.

I'd suggest asking your supervisor if you can meet with her to understand better what it is that makes her feel as she does and what you can do differently to get past this. It might be things you're doing without realizing them, might be some of her own insecurities - is probably a combination of both. But in any case, if she'll talk to you about it, you'll gain some valuable information.

Approach her based on what YOU can do to fix it, not what she needs to do - otherwise you'll just put her on the defensive and get nowhere.

Unless you really like the job you have, would probably make sense to look around and see what else is available.

Good luck.

Write everything down. Document everything. Take notes throughout the day on pad of paper that noone sees - not your computer. Don't trust her, she is your enemy. Go to hr. Go to her supervisor. File complaints. This woman is out to get you.

Start looking for other jobs to be safe.
