I planted a weeping cherry tree about 3 years ago. I now need to move it to a different location. The tree is about 10' tall with appox 5" diam. trunk. When will be the best time of the year to move it?

A tree that well rooted will cause you problems... IF, and I do mean if, it can be moved, the autumn is the best time. Stake it down good when transplanted and make sure the new hole is twice the size of the root ball.
