Eyeliner:
A slightly thicker line that's smudged gives a more dramatic look. But don't go too heavy or let the top and bottom lines meet at outer corners—this will make eyes look smaller.
Eye Shadow:
Dark eyes look good in grays, blues, purples and greens.
Light eyes look good in brown, taupe and bronze shades

the all time best mascara by far is l'oreal voluminous! i have tried countless others over the years - from drugstore brands to the most expensive "designer" brands - and nothing can compare to voluminous! it's great. also when you apply mascara make sure to move the wand back and forth (side to side) at the base of your lashes before going up the hair shaft - makes a difference

Go for CoverGirl Fantastic Lash Mascara. It gives volume to your lashes and separates your lashes like a fan. To add drama simply applies a second coat of mascara.

any loreal mascara... they have the big diamond bottles out now that has half conditioner half mascara.. they make your eyes look 3x as thicker
i use blackest black... but i dont know how much of a differene it makes...i already have really thick eyeslashes that are dark black.. so i dont really worry with mascara..

dramatic if its colour check out mac they dp purple bright green and electric blue mascaras and are very trendy and dramatic if its length your after check out benefit bad girl mascara in black its excellent

what i do is put lorel mascara and use a light but pretty eyshadow,like jade and light light light pink.then just put a touch of mascara,bottem and top!so people can pay attentention to your eye's but at the same time they have color!but pick a color tat goes with your eye color,if it is black,use drak brown on the bottem,not the bottem of your eye but when you cole your eyes at the bottem put drak brown and at the top ,puut light brown!
