Fleet enema can be used by male or female. Normally, you go to your bathroom, uncap the tube, lay down on your side, insert the tube into your anus, squeeze the tube till empty, wait a few minutes and then go on the pot. Caution: Make sure you are near the pot cause there's the possibility that you may not be able to hold the contents in and you will land up with a big mess.

Not sure if you are a male or female, but it is used just like a douche (feminine cleanser for the vagina). You have to push it up your anus and squeeze the fluids out. Remember that it is just for a temporary relief, it doesn't clean out your entire colon. If you want a full flush, you should take an oral laxative so it will work through your body.
