Try Hot Topic, they have a whole line of Skinny jeans. They are very tight. Trust me! And they are good Quality and a pretty low price.

I just got perfect fitting skinny jeans that are tight in the shin at american eagle they come in many different sizes and washes too.

you can start by doing a web search for "cigarette pants" or "skinny pants". if you want really really tight, you'll probablly have best luck taking them to a good seamstress and have them tailored. you should be able to do that for less than 10 dollars per pair. you're also going to want to make sure the fabric has some stretch to it, otherwise they're going to strech something awful every time you sit down.

Target has some...I bought some there. Also, Hot topic has a lot of cute ones! They are starting to come out with them everywhere. I used to have to alter my own jeans before they started to sell them places!
