Difficult situation, I'd use something like having to inform a parent about how her little angel bites the other kids and how that takes a great deal of diplomacy and tact. A stressful situation could be having the psycho-moms who looks at the kiddie camera all day and tell the director evrything you do, so knowing that every action is scrutinized by the kids moms is real stress. Or for stress you could relate a story about how the state came for an inspection and nobody knew about it.

Childcare is caring for someone else's most precious thing in existence. Even if things have gone smoothely so far, it's still a massive responsibility. Caring for children requires lots of responsibility, competence, energy, intelligence, and resourcefulness. They're a big handful. I would probably have mentioned something that might have gone wrong, a dispute with a parent handled well, a child getting hurt (which I'm sure wouldn't be your fault), so on. There are many, many stressful things that occur in childcare. Even just telling them about when your job was stressing you out due to the multiple responsibilities, tiredness, or whatever else might have been running you ragged at that time and how you dealt with that would be great answers.

A lot of times there are angry parents in childcare. Sometimes they don't agree with the childcare's disciplinary policies. Think of a time that you've had to deal with a difficult parent, and how you solved the situation calmly and professionaly

Child Biting.... Lots of parents have that issue and that is a touchy subject, because parents are not sure how to react to it.
"Mrs. Jones, You have a great child little Joe is such a sweet caring child, but we have noticed that he has been biting a few of the other children" She would for sure get offended right off the bat, but you did tell the good before the bad. And I think (being a former manager) I looked for people who could think of the best even in a bad situation... So what did you come up with? Goodluck with the new job
