Are there any websites that you can pick and choose a tv show to watch ONLINE?

I sit at work all day and do NOTHING.. it's really boring and I would love to just find a website i could go to and choose any random tv show. and just watch tv on the computer. or even some movies. WITHOUT downloading them. i know youtube has a few..
