No, it's not too early, especially since you've already had 5 positive home pregnancy tests, that means that the pregnancy hormone in your body was detected by the urine tests and that you are pregnant. No matter how light or faint that line is, a positive is a positive. But I understand that we women always want to have a sure proof and sometimes we doubt that those urine tests are not accurate. So you can definitely get a blood test done now, and it will give you the answer that you are looking for.
Goodluck!

It is not too early. Even the faintest line means that you are pregnant. I remember a friend of mine took a test and because the line was very faint she convinced herself that she was not pregnant. She was in denial for quite a while until I convinced her to go to the doctor. I myself have three children and I always took a home test before going to the doctor. 2 out of 3 of my pregnancies showed up very little on the tests but the lines shown. Blood tests are more accurate than the home tests so if you are showing up on the home tests the blood test will definitely reveal the truth. Congratulations and God bless!!!

If you've taken 5 tests and they are all positive then it doesn't matter how light they are. I could see if, you thought, after 2 were wrong but all 5 tests are not going to be wrong. If you go to the doctor they give you the same pregnancy test as you buy over the counter.
And as to what Dani May said you CAN have a false positive. My friend had a urinary track infection and it made her pregnancy test show up positive when she really wasn't pregnant.

I've never heard about taking blood tests to test whether you're pregnant or not. How long ago is your missed period? Maybe 2 weeks to 4 weeks after your missed period, you can go see a doctor to take an urine test. Doctor tests are more accurate than a over-the-counter product.

They say even if it is light they are still positive. I would, if you are about 5 days late. I was hoping I was pregnant after only being two days late but I started the next day. If you are and you want to be, good luck and congratulations.

Nope. Go get that checked.
Also, if you're going to take another home test, make sure you use the first pee of the morning. It's the most concentrated with pregnancy hormones.
Good luck...whichever way you want it to turn out!

A blood test will show you are pregnant only 7 days after conception and is 100% accurate.
A Urine Home test will show you are pregnant about a week before your period is due. (It did me)
Good luck
