1) Well, Paris is a natural ditz and Richie jumps from addicition to addiction (heroin, cigs, NOT EATING), but in terms of intelligence, I'd have to say Paris is dumber.

2) Funny as is pathetic funny? That would also be Paris.

3) Anyone is better than Bush. Richie wins this one.

4) Richie hands down. Why? Well, quite simply, the two are pretty boring and all, but Richie's wardrobe is fantastic - shoes, clothes and bags - so I would want to get my hands on some of those....
