In my opinion most people will answer your question by saying Eminem.But I feel Paul Wall is like the new Eminem,but more street.

Eminem for now is kinda better than paul wall.......'cause paul wall is just getting started,i think that he could be better than eminem later.
Paul wall is more funky and gangsta than eminem,though...but eminem is more violent sometimes 'cause he just F/U/C/K/S...anyone when he feels like it!
Sometimes i would have to go with sapphire's opinion,'cause eminem and paul wall have different styles in rhymes,beats and lyrics.....but "for now" eminem is better,although i find paul wall great sometimes when he raps!
