First you'll want to get concealer that is one shade lighter than your natural skin tone. Apply it. Then get foundation that matches your skin tone. Then apply a little bronzer to give you that golden glow and your spots should be hidden.

if they look almost as if they have lost pigmentation it's normal on allot of people during the summer you can try concealer sticks and what not but the best treatment is sunscreen every time you go out to prevent getting more spots and a moisturizer to help them go away.

If the spots on your face are lighter or pale maybe you are a little bit anemic, if that's the case you need to consume iron. Talk to your doctor.

you could try applying a yellow or an orange based concealor before using foundation.. this should help cover the spots.. id recommend kryolan.. if that gets too heavy then theres this camouflage concealor by dermacolor it works fine too
