It depends on which type of Fleet enema you are talking about. There is the regular phospho-soda eneam, mineral oil enema and the Fleet bag-enema and a couple others I can't remember.
If you use the right one for the right problem then they are great. If you use the wrong one then you could have some moderate issues.
The bag-enema will move just about anything that may or may not be inside you.
If you are using them for fun, then they all work well.

My experience with fleet enema was as a prep for colonoscopy. They make you fast for at least 24 hours and apply fleet enema (which comes in a tube and bought off the shelf in drugstores) to ensure that your lower intestine is empty and clear allowing the doctor to do the exam better. I suppose there are other applications for the fleet enema.

the fleet enema works very well. Keep in mind you will have to fast before using it and also once you administer the enema-you will have to go to the bathroom fairly quickly so dont make any "plans" that day. I dont know what you are using it for ie..prepare for surgery or something just make sure you are not using this for the wrong reason like weight control.
