I am on the pill. I have never missed a pill and I take it at the same time each day. My question is what are the chances that I could get pregnant if I had sex on the last week of my pills (the inactive ones). I was not on my period.

Verry Verry Verry slim. The pills control when you ovulate, and since you cant ovulate right after the dose of the last hormone in your pills, you are not likely to become pregnant. Dont worry.

well to begin with the last week of ur pills u should have a period--and u should never miss ur period--because of the hormones on the pills it puts u on time each time. I would check with my dr. and get a pregnancy test done. I got pregannt 2 years ago while on the pill--and i had been on it for like 4 years. So yes there is a chance u may get pregnant.

Well if you missed your period, there's a possibility you didn't ovulate at all, but there is a possibility that you could get pregnant even on the pill. I have a friend who got pregnant even though she was taking the pill. Good luck.

1 to 2% chance. Aren't the pills only 98-99% full proof. Plus some antibiotics and natural remedies can make b/c pills less effective.

slim to none. The inactive ones are kind of a placebo for your body, but the birth control still works. It is over 99% effective as long as you don't miss pills.

Fairly slim but still a 1-2% chance
Best to take a test 2 weeks after the "unprotected" sex if you are concerned

I would take this up with you ob/gyn.and asking questions to people that aren't doctors isn't really safe.
