Yes.

Unless you're into domination or role-playing and your girlfriend says "no" as part of the fantasy (in which case you should have a safe word) it's rape.

No matter how long you've been together and how many times you've had sex, if she tries to stop you and you proceed anyway, it's rape.

yes actually it is, even if your girlfriend was laying on a bed and she tried to get up and you pushed her down that also is considored rape, simply bcux she wants up and your refusing her on a bed. The littlest thing could be considored rape now a days so really, becarful..and watch what you do. Just saying " your guna rape her" jokinly is also a form of rape...because she doesnt know if yourt really seriouse or not.

yes it is! In most states only married people can not be tried for rape, but there have even been some cases now in states where even married people are being charged with rape. Good luck, and if you keep it up, get a very good lawyer.

Yes. You need the **** beat out of you for even thinking of it. Sex and making love is a mutual thing. It should never be imposed on someone who has already said no.

If you do impose yourself, I hope you get raped in prison. Perhaps if you were bent over by bubba to get that butt pounding, you would understand respect.

Yes. It's rape. It's wrong. It's criminal.

"No" really means NO!!!

If you feel the urge to do it anyway after she says no, then grab some vaseline and a washcloth, shut your eyes and pretend you're doing a movie star.

Normally it is. However if you were doing sim-rape, it is not. Unless she forgot the cut word. If she didn't forget the cutword and used it, that too is actual rape. Be smart! Oh and when she says no, stop, don't and she has grabbed mr. happy and is pulling you inside, that isn't rape either, but the D.A. may disagree.

Yes- once the girl says NO, you must stop whatever is going on without any continuation... Even if you are "mid stroke giving it to her" then its concidered rape if you finish even that stroke...

If she is playing- and you know what she does when she plays, then its all good, but it sounds like your question is not when she is playing...
