UGH... I so feel for you on this one... my soon to be ex won't sign either... only because he doesn't want me to remarrry to my bf.. so he just doesn't sign... he knows it puts a damper on your relationship so he does what he can to keep you... they are in denial of divorce and they hate rejection... idiots.. it's like why the hell do they hold on when we do not love them... find someone else!
When I filed they said if he doesn't sign in 2years it goes thru automaticly.. so I will be divorced in May 2007... the jerk! I try and push him to .. you know make him mad so he will..,. and the tard still won't sign.... LOSERS!

Just file the papers and be patient. Ultimately he can't stop you from getting the divorce. If he refuses to sign the papers then turn in papers without him signing them and ask for everything in the world.

If you are in the U.S., I don't think this is possible. I think every state allows one partner to end the marriage. You will need an attorney though. Check out the applicable state laws at the link below.

Tell it to the judge, it is his job to give you a divorce, not your husband's.

Move as far away as possible, check out the state laws there and file on the first day.

id get him really ******* drunk and talk about it nicely and get him to sign the papers. he he he good luck.
