i am considering emmigrating to taragona and wondered if there is anybody out there who has done the same thing

Hi, I have not lived in Tarragona, but I have visited the city a number of times. If you are looking for tourist information you should check out TripAdisor for info, forums and links...just type Tarragona in the search box.
