I don't remember the author or title
but there was a book i read about 15 years ago that was interesting
Here is what I do remember
- there was a magical black stallion that could talk
- there was a sorcerer who was immortal, but switched from good to evil every time he died
- the main character learned magic, i think when he was possessed by his dead father for a while
- there was a magical sword called the horned blade (i think) that became more powerful after every kill
- the main evil wizard was the main character's uncle

I wish I knew for sure. The thing about the horned blade reminds me of one of the books by Lloyd Alexander, but I'm not sure it's related. I'm looking for a book, too, and have no author or title. Let me know if you get any good info, okay. There was also a website where you could pay $2 and maybe find out, but I can't find the site anymore.
