Hope you haven't washed them yet. Try spray some hairspray on the stain before washing them. Check before you throw them in the dryer and see if the stain came out. If not, repeat the process again.

This is going to sound weird, but try hairspray.

Put a wad of paper towels on the bottom of the fabric so the wet ink won't bleed through. Then hose down the ink stain with hairspray. Any brand will do, don't wast money on the "good" stuff. Blot at it with some more paper towel until it looks like the stain is gone.

Then wash your jeans normally.

DO NOT PUT THEM IN THE DRYER!!!!

Not until you have inspected your clean, but still-wet jeans for any sign of the stain. If you dry them before getting the stain completely out, the ink will "cook" and be there forever.

If there is still some ink, do the hairspray bit again to get the final bits of ink out. Once you can take the jeans out of the washer with no sign of the former ink stain, then you can finally put the jeans in the dryer.

I took permenant blue ink out our jeans with hairspray and a q-tip. Spray the HS directly on the ink and rub with the q-tip. Then, wash in the laundry.

Salt and lemon juice you may have to repeat a couple of time but whatever you do ... do not dry them in the dryer till the stain it out if you do it will set the stain and it will never come out ...

Rubbing alcohol and nail polish remover might work but they could mess up the color so you might want to spot check it. Hope this helps you.

Try "greased lightening" works on just about anything... Grass stains, car oil, grease and etc. Trust me it works and its great stuff. I use the stuff by the day..

Use acetone! Most likely you have some in a fancy bottle, aka nail polish remover. Let the acetone sit on the ink, and wait until it the ink dissolves into the acetone. Then rinse and wash =)

Dry Cleaners or just spill some more and start a fashion trend. I saw jeans at Old Navy that looked like painters pants with spilled paint all over them. Trashy costs money...
Dare to be different,

if it's just a pen mark, spray hair spray on it..then wash normally...if it's a big globby stain from lots of ink, sounds like you got yourself a pair of jeans to work out in the yard, or wash your car.

When she was a puppy, my dog chewed up a pen in the middle of the living room floor. Oxyclean took up every bit of it. It took several applications, but with some elbow grease, you can't see the mark now--it even took it out down to the base of the fibers!

Spray it liberally with hairspray and let it dry, then wash in cold water and rinse in cold. If it doesn't come out, then I don't know what else to ask you to try.

Hairspray should do it, though you may have to repeat the process several times before it is completely gone.

IF YOU HAVEN'T DRIED THEM YET, SPRAY LIGHTLY WITH WD-40, AND THEN TAKE A OLD TOOTHBRUSH AND GENTLY RUB IN WITH BACK AND FORTH STROKES, IF THAT DOESN'T WORK, TRY THE PRODUCT "GOOF OFF". YOU MAY ALSO TRY RUBBING ALCOHOL...WITH ANY OF THESE, LET SOAK FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR....GOODLUCK...ALSO TRY BLUE JEAN DYE.
