I am 5'6 and 16, my school (private school) has a reputation for hot girls, everyone is stick thin and blond, I am one of the few who are still burnett, I used to have my looks around all these skinny rich girls, but now I don't have anything, even my friends seem to be becoming more distant, everyone at my school is the same, but I have to go there, because my parent's went there, so this isn't just my weight, it's my life

I know I can just throw everthing I eat up for a few days, It will be perfect, I will brush my teeth right afterwards so my teeth don't turn yellow , and my metabolism will stay the way it is, because my body will think I'm eating. I will stop when I reach 110 lbs. I'll be okay

well, to lose weight and still eat try the south beach diet, but about everything else you said, well it sounds like you are trying to fit in and be like everyone else no matter whats it takes. Well just think that when you get out of that school and you are going off to collage no one will have control of you there, but if you continue this thinking it will affect you, and you might before you know it become very sick trying to always be skinny. Live your life, its no body Else's life but your own. And if those finds of yours leave you because of something so stupid then they were never your friends to begin with. Your true friends will stick by you no matter what. Be brave and strong. Because all those people that thought themselves cool and always put labels on themselves, will not have a good future ahead of them. What goes around comes around. I just hope that you can see that. I think if it gets bad enough where it's affecting your personality and emotions, talk to your parents. Convince them it's affecting you. If they're stone to your opinions then they're stupid.

Well, think about why and what you're eating: are you eating out of boredom or you're hungry? are you eating veggies or burgers?
I think you should read the book French Women Don't Get Fat because there was this woman on the Oprah show and she lost 80 pounds in 6 months from that book. I've read it and it's great.
Also, you can start doing simple things to get moving, like walking instead of driving.

Well you could try going to the gym 03 times a week and it can help take down your wait. And if you are starting to eat a little bit to much then cut down to eating a little bit less on every meal. You should also try running but so you know the older you get the wait that you will gain.

Honestly, if you're 5'6 and 120, you're hot and curvy. Keep active and join a school sport you enjoy and those chubby curves will turn into muscular madness and keep you hot for years to come. :)
