But I never have energy and I'm a always tired. No matter how much I sleep I never have energy. Well Is it possible to be Anemic and then for it to go away? Or what? Are all Anemic people skinny only?..

See your physician who will do blood work to see why you are tired. It could be any possibilities. Don't try to doctor yourself.

Not all anemic people are skinny.Normal weight and fat people could also suffer from anemia, because they don't have a healthy diet to provide them enough iron or B12, because of genetic factors, or because of big blood loss. You need iron in order to have enough hemoglobin-es which carry oxygen through your blood to all your cells.I used to eat very little and I was thin when I was 14 and I was diagnosed with anemia too. But gradually I started to eat much and the symptoms disappeared.
Now I'm 15 and I feel fine, though I'm trying to lose some weight and there where days when I felt a bit faint. I haven't taken any blood tests recently and I don't know if I fit the right parameters.
Anyways, anemia can be treated. I took nutritive supplements to restore my iron level and i can definitely tell you that a right diet can improve the way you feel.If you continue feeling without energy you should speak to a medic, even if you think you have an appropriate lifestyle

I had anemia when I was younger. Hated the iron pills that they told me to take. One way to get more iron without the gross pills is eating pork and broccoli. Make sure you eat balanced meals. No -not all anemics are really skinny. I have had friends who were not so skinny and anemic. You just are not getting all of the nutrients your body needs.

Anemia is very common in females and is often first discovered in teenage girls. You may always have a low iron count in the blood, even though you take supplements and have a good diet. Your tiredness may or may not be related to anemia, often doctors will test for low blood sugar too. It might be good to get a physical with blood tests just to be sure.

Anemia is low iron in your blood..and unless you change your diet, and take regular doses of iron, you will probably always be anemic....your symptoms could be anemia, or allergies or stress and depression...try taking a multi vitamin for a while, see if things imporove.
