Fleets enemas tend to work quickly, so once you use it, stick close to the bathroom. They can cause cramping. Be thankful he didn't prescribe Mag Sulfate, you drink that and it doesn't taste good.

I have had to use them plenty of times, get yourself a magazine. Read the instructions and lay in the floor to administer the enema. It isn't "bad," it just feels weird. They work very well. In the future, try to eat more fiber--beans, green veggies, whole grains (cereals, breads, etc.) and that way you can prevent the whole ordeal.

Oh yeah. I remember those from when I was a kid. They definitely do work. I wouldn't try to leave the bathroom after using it. Just stay put and it won't take long.

I'm going to answer your question with a question. How many times and in how many ways are you going to ask this stupid question?
