That's a good question. It all depends on how you feel. If you feel it was a mistake to leave him and marry this other man that you just divorced maybe it would be worth going back to the ex. If you are sure he still loves you and you love him. Some say love is worth waiting for. Has he been waiting for you? I would not jump right back into it. You should spend some time together and talk to find out what you both are looking for. Make sure you are still on the same page. Don't rush into anything especially with just getting out of a marriage. Good Luck

Why are you considering it? The fact you are means that there must still be feelings for him. Ten years is a lot of history. What changed, to get you to leave? What changed with you in your marriage? What change have you seen in your ex? How would you like things to be different, if you involved yourselves again? Perhaps you should talk first, on neutral ground, with a mutally-known, but impartial third party present. A candle-lit dinner could have you both overwhelmed with emotion, and waking up in the same bed the next morning, both scared of how events overtook you. Don't rebound into this. Take some time. Try limiting your exposure to each other for three months, and dating other people in the meantime. And if that sounds absurd, well that's your mind resolved, one way or another, isn't it?
Aren't I wise?
All the best, for lasting happiness, whatever that is.
This is Dr Frasier Crane, wishing you good mental health.

Well it depends on how you feel about him. Dont just get with him as you are devorced and are lonely now. THink about this. Why not just go out for drinks or a meal and see how things go, as you both have changed over the time you have been married. Just take it slowly. I know that you know him and things like that and getting back might seem fab but take it slow and think about the hurt you have gone through with the divorce. Good Luck its up to you really

i would say dont go back to your ex. you have moved on in your life and you should know in yourself if you have really learned from your mistakes. you are slso on the rebound. looking for something good in your life because ending of relationships need a grieving time weather good or bad. give yourself some time and love you for a change. go and do all or some of the things you have always wanted to do that you havnt done yet. treat yourself nicely and enjoy life. be single for a while and see how you feel in a few weeks or as long as it takes to feel good about yourself. unfortunately most people blame themselves when a relationship ends. i have had a longterm relationship that ended after 15 years so i do know what im talking about. whatever you dicide to do i wish you lots of happiness and love in your life for the future.

You were with him for 10 years, so you know him pretty well. On't start another relationship now as you are on the rebound. Just keep in mind the reason you all broke up in the first place. Odds are, he hasn't changed (men have that tendancy).

Will it work? Why did you break up in the first place? Think of those questions and if you have a good answer - go for it.
Good luck

I think he is crazy. You odviously didn't love him the first time around so what makes him think you will now? Not saying that is a bad thing on your part just answering the question.
