gay- Is a homosexual. Someone who has sexual relations and perfers the company with their own gender. Man with a Man or a Woman with a Woman.
Gay also stands for happy. But that was about a century ago.

Some kids and politically incorrect people use the word as a negative. For example: That's a gay game, or It's raining, that's gay; School's starting, how gay!
The word is used to define homosexuals, and I don't know if it is still politically correct or not.
