It's in the community guidelines, that questions on this site must be in English. If you want to ask questions in another language you must use one of the international sites, which are listed at the bottom of the page.

If you scroll to the bottom of the page, there's a series of flags. I think if you click on a flag of another country, you'd find Yahoo in that country's language. Then you can read and write in non-English to your heart's content.

How do you know they are children? Lots of people from other countries speak English.

There are different sites for other languages. See the bottom of the page where it says Answers International.

not sure - but i think you can set this to show questions in diferent language at the bottom left of the first screen
