sometimes she sits there sidways were half her body is above water, shes not dead cause i can see her breathind and moving her fins, also she doesnt eat!

Sounds like fun! ;-) I like doing that in a pool or the ocean!
My betta fish sleeps on his face. I think he does that just to amuse the silly human sitting here staring at him. LOL!


****After reading the other answers, I feel bad! I don't know much about fish except my bettas. Sure wasn't trying to joke about a potentially sad thing.

maximum in all likelihood a loss of oxygen, or the water needs to get replaced. Take out some million/3 of the water, and replace with sparkling distilled water. be sure which you do get it as close as you could to the comparable temperature. additionally, attempt including some thing which will destroy the waters floor rigidity, like a bubbler or powerhead.

your fish has a swim bladder problem put some salt in the water

doesn't sound good, I'm sorry, but mine did this before it died.
you can try saving it by moving it to a better tank w/water that's been dechlorinated (amquel plus), get air pump & filter going, could be ammonia sickness. good luck

It may have a swim bladder problem. Swim bldder problems are bad.
