Fact. It may not come around when YOU want it. And you may not witness it. If you have been done unjustly by some one, the same or similar situation will sooner or later come back at them. When it does, it will jog their memory and will most likely feel remorse for their past actions. Makes you stop and "think" when the "shoe is on the other foot". That's probably how the phrase "Kicked in the Rear" got started. And the same for if you have been treated well by some one, the same will happen for them under similar circumstances.
