I'd ask him to consider my way to change the economics of Renewable Energy. How the government has attempted to solve the energy crisis on the horizon has only insured our energy cost will skyrocket & the 1st worlds' economy will be at the level of 1850 by the year 2050.
Subidize the cost of Renewable Energy infrastructure by creating sellable spin-off benefits. The only economic disastor greater than investing in Renewable Energy as presently structured is not to have a replacement for fossil feuls.

I would ask him to appoint more people like Clarence Thomas and Janice Rogers Brown to the bench. And by that, I don't mean black people. Those two are just the best conservative judges I know of who would fix bad case law and stop the judiciary from legislating from the bench.
