It definitely depends on what you like.... I shop at Aeropostale, H&M, Wet Seal, Charlotte Russe, Kohl's....These are some cheap places for clothes and accessories.

Icing is a good accessory store.

If you want to go to some of the more expensive places, I also shop at Abercrombie and Fitch and Hollister sometimes

Old Navy is a good one stop shop

Shopping locations depend on what kind of style you go with. My shopping trifecta is:

-GAP (for jeans mostly)
-American Eagle Outfitters (T-shirts, long-sleeves, belts, etc)
-Banana Republic (for a more sophisticated look)

Now when it comes to sports apparel, I shope at Nike exclusively. My running shorts, tennis shorts, socks, t-shirts, wrist-bands, and shoes are all Nike.

But anyhow, GAP is great for jeans, in my opinion. They're comfortable and relatively inexpensive. American Eagle is more pricey, but their t-shirts are my favorite; soft fabrics and great designs & color coordination.

Banana Republic is more geared to young professionals. You'll find a lot of dress-shirts, ties, formal-to-not-so-formal pants, etc.

I like to move from a preppy look (just go to www.ae.com and look at some of the models) to a more sophisticated look (www.bananarepublic.com).

In fact, banana republic's website features the option of purchasing clothes by viewing the different 'outfits' for occassions. I believe GAP has that option as well online...since, they are one and the same. Banana being a step up in regard to quality and style.

Mostly, it is all dependent on personal preference, in regard to style, and 'how much are you willing to spend?'.
