I dont seem to get any benifit out of yahoo messenger, I mean what do u use it for . I only care for my mail and I sometimes go to yahoo answers, can u change my opinion and give me more info about the messenger.

lol, messanger is just to keep in better contact with friends and or co-workers cuz its faster than email.

Well, a lot depends on the user. I like Yahoo because I can keep in touch better with people I know. It's faster than trying to email back and forth, and, you can also do voice and webcam at the same time and be in even better contact. You can also decide if you show as online or not, and, if you want to talk to somebody, you can show offline to some and online to others.
Lots of choices.
