My computer was on the last 2 hours of an 8-hour download of Java EE SDK when it was disconnected from the internet. I neither have high-speed internet or unlimited internet service.

Is there a quicker way to do this?

If you need the SDK (the developer's kit), see if you can download it at a friend's house, or maybe a local school with high speed access. Talk to the schools tech staff if they block downloads like that.

If you don't need the developer's kit, download the JRE, it is usually much smaller.
