Every one who understands the question is saying "embrace fear". That's not easy. If there are people around you just try acting brave (no one can tell the difference). Anticipate things that could happen in frightening places.
Most people are generally good when they are alone, when they're with their friends it is a different story, and you must use your best judgment not to do anything that would draw undesired attention to you.
And then we get to the fun stuff, death. When you have any thought that you don't really want just don't dwell on it. A wise man once said (and you can always trust that to be a metaphor) "You can't keep a bird from flying over your head but you can keep him from making a nest in your hair."
Hope I helped a little.

wise men carefully tread, where fools rush in.......
There is no such thing as a person with out fear! Some people say that fear is a good thing. While others say that it is a bad thing. I believe that fear is one of our primal instincts. Without fear we would have perished many thousands of years ago. To be cautious in fear that something bad will happen, is just plain common sense. But to know (some what) the danger, and intelligently face it, is true courage!

Free is a relative term. I'd say I have a lot more freedom than say a Jewish guy living in Germany during the 1930s and early 40s when Hitler and the nazis were running things or a black guy who lived in the South during the 1800s. Sadly I don't have the freedom to run around shooting people who piss me off or driving my car on the wrong side of the road. Or if I don't feel like wearing clothes I can get arrested or kicked out of stores and restaurants.

There is actual a psychological condition where the brain does not feel fear due to something blocking the relevant parts of the mind. Such people usually die very young by not avoiding dangerous situations.
"What is the terror of death? That we die, our work incomplete. What is the joy of life? To die, knowing our task is done"
Personally I have very little fear of death. I am afraid of heights though.

I'm married so I'm not free to go and shag and stuff, if that's your definition of being a free man.
Don't be afraid of stuff, just get out there and see the world. Contrary to what the Godbods may tell you this is your one and only visit to this planet, or any plane of existence for that matter. have some beers if you get nervous about doing things. Relax.

I'm free. I'm white. And I'm most deferentially over 21. Sorry I'm Female though. Spell check button located right hand corner. Fear- what most people fear is fear itself. I have never met a human being who honestly had never feared something or someone in their life. But you cannot let your fear consume you. You are welcome to chat anytime. Sometimes talking about your fears helps them go away or somehow feel lessened. :-)

For Vincent John. These were not the words of JFK, but spoken by President Franklin Roosevelt, during the American Great Depression. "The only thing we have to fear is fear itself."

To feel fear or anxiety, is a part of our existence,
it enables us, to all learn from our experiences and make our choices through life,
just as an old adage says the only people who do not have problems, are all in the cemetery

In the City of London, (the centre of London proper) the City fathers quite often make a person a 'Freeman of the City'. For what that is worth, the person is allowed to get drunk and herd sheep across London's Bridges. Absolutely great, isn't it, to be a free man in London.

I have irrational fears, such as of spiders. But I have contemplated, meditated and worked out the other ones you mention. It is possible. There are many people who are "free" in the way mean, but it takes work.
