I have found a record of the book, as follows:
The venerable Mayhews and the aboriginal Indians of Martha's Vineyard. Condensed from Rev. Experience Mayhew's history printed in London in 1727, and brought down to the present century.
William A Hallock; Experience Mayhew
1874
Anglais Livre Livre 190 p. front. 16 cm.
New York, American Tract Society
From Mayhew's "Indian converts: or, Some account of the lives and dying speeches of a considerable number of the Christianized Indians of Martha's Vineyard."/ Reproduction: Photocopy./ [Austin, Tex.] :/ BookLab,/ 1990./ 29 cm.

There are copies in over 50 libraries, including the Boston Public Library and many university libraries in the US and Canada. It's also available in microfilm and you might be able to buy a xerographic copy from University Microfilms. Apparently BookLab, Austin TX can copy it for you.

Did you try the barnes and nobles web site? They have an out of print tab, maybe you can find it there.

The Dartmouth college library has a copy, but I am sure they will not sell it. No hits on Amazon.com.
