I tested positive on the ovulation test...so we had sex at lunch, i layed there with a pillow propped under me, but when i stood up i felt as if it leaked out, doesthis decrease my chances?

Yes, it's likely that the vast majority of semen (including the sperm cells) have passed from your vagina; however there's a good chance that at least SOME of the sperm have made it into the uterine cavity (considering each ejaculation contains several MILLION sperm). They're strong little swimmers - if that weren't the case - YOU wouldn't be here. Just keep trying - you'll get it eventually!! :)

You should of lied down for a while to keep the sperm from getting out. However, there is a slim chance that some sperm still continued to travel inside of you. You may want to wait a week or so to take a pregnancy test. On the other hand, females usually ovulate 48hrs starting the first ovulation day. You might want to try again tonight or tomorrow.
Sometimes ovulation tests are inaccurate. I paid a lot of money for those expensive ovulation tests and it kept telling me that I'm not ovulating, so I tried a cheaper version of the ovulating test and it still says negative. I found out I was already one month pregnant before using the ovulating test; therefore, the results are inaccurate. The test should detect my pregnancy hormones, but it didn't. Next time I want to get pregnant, I'll just calculate my ovulation days manually.

That happens to me but I have a daughter so some of the sperm gets were it needs to go but its best lay on your back during sex and after and have him hold your legs up during sex . That make it easier for the sperm to get were its goin.And all those roller coaster swivle twisty pretzle positions they like to do will have to wait for just those fun intimate times.

Lay there with your legs straight up in the air for at least 15 minutes.

This happened to me when I was trying to get pregnant. In my case it didn't matter...I got pregnant that month anyway. I think they shoot the majority high enough in there :) Good Luck!!
